First you have to get blood tests…without them you won’t be able to get married in the sewers in New York State.
the “city hall” chapel in Queens is very nice andyou don’t have to do anymore than you woudl at City Hall. You can call a local church and ask them if you could use them for your wedding. My brother got married on short notice at our church and had the reception in the church basement, but we have been going to that church for years. You should ask and see I bet one of them would say OK. Good Luck to you and your soon to be bride.
Go to and click on New York, all you need will be there, reception sites, church, music, etc. with different price ranges to accomodate any budget. I used that service and it was great. Hope it helps.
