question about wearing a preserved wedding dress
zandi asked:
My sister’s Vera Wang dress has been in a windowless box for 12 years. Should I have it dry cleaned when I open it? Or just steam pressed? Is there anything I need to do specially because it’s been in a sealed box? And will it last “un-preserved” during the 8 months in between when I open it and my wedding?

take it to a wedding gown store, and ask their opinion. advice is free, remember that, and i garauntee you’ll find someone nice enough (with knowledge in the area) to answer your question.
Steam press it.
Vera Wang is a great company
nice taste!!!
good luck..
if its preserved then it should be fine but you may want to take it to the cleaners
