Try searching some place like so you can put in the type of business you are looking for (my guess would be like a church or banquet/reception hall). After you choose the type of business you can choose the area you want to look in.

Well, “Upstate NY” is a very relative term! I’m about an hour north of NYC, but NYC people consider me to be upstate. For me, upstate means like Albany. Anyway, if you go on the knot (www.theknot.com) they have an area you can put in your particular “upstate” area, and a list of places will come up.
