Long sleeves are not ‘in’ so you might have some difficulty in finding something that appeals to you. You could find a dress you like & then have a seamstress add sleeves.

don’t let the name scare you, they sell to anyone. They have gowns with sleeves and are reasonable in price - check the “3/4 sleeve” dresses.

My gown was Private Label by G and it was very elegant - I had long bell sleeves, which were beautiful. The best part of all is that the sleeves were detachable so when I wanted to let loose and dance at my reception, my bridesmaids helped me take them off
