It’s the dress that Charlotte York on Sex and the City wore to her 1st wedding to Trey. I know that it is a Vera Wang but I have no clue where to find it.
I’ll take a knock off or authentic and price isn’t an issue- 10 points to anyone who can find any sites or info.

If they don’t have it Nobody will - i got my gown at Klienfends it was a Vera Wang and my DREAM GOWN (It was a look alike to Celine Dions Dress) they are the BEST!!! Good LUCK
