where in Houston? I’m looking at the Fontenot Grand Mansion for mine, but it’s in Spring.
try the knot.com, they have venues for all cities. and remember that the ballroom will be baren until all the deocrations and flowers , lighting are applied. so try to go into a place with a open mind and maybe you will something better. If you hire a wedding planner maybe they can help you envision your dream!!!
